Lock BERRIER or sBERRIER for decaying voting weight.
The rule
Decay curve
Weight falls linearly to zero at unlock. Unlock times round down to a Thursday 00:00 UTC week boundary. Minimum lock 1 week, maximum 4 years.
Numeric example
10,000 BERRIER locked for 4 years: 10,000 veBERRIER today, 5,000 after two years, 0 at unlock. Locked for 1 year: 2,500 today.

Locking from sBERRIER
sBERRIER counts at its BERRIER exchange rate and keeps earning buybacks while locked.
What veBERRIER is used for
- Voting on both governors.
- Gauge allocation.
- Proposal threshold (0.5% of total veBERRIER).
Limits and non-features
Not transferable, no delegation in v1, no early exit.
